Hi Fernand
In my opinion phorographs of animals are like portraits, they appeal only to the animal's owner or the photographer. Unless they are unusual or very good. This one is very good. It has a softness about it but also contains plenty of detail. I like the catchlight in the eye. Good lighting also.
Not sure about the frame.

Salut Fernand ,
Pour être tout à fait honnête , je reste parfois ... perplexe devant tes images ( si si .... ) . Trop compliqué pour mon modeste cerveau , tout ça ! Je serais plutôt du genre " simplifié " , dans ma tronche , en témoignent mes propres photos - d ' un rare simplisme - postées sur ce site . Mais bon , assez parlé de moi , hein , je suis pas là pour ça ...
Or donc , le toutou ici présent , dans un style low - key vraiment TRES réussi , est tout à fait génial ! Du beau travail de - vrai - photographe : bravo à toi !
Et fait nous encore plein de superbes photos telles que celle - ci . Des photos que je " comprends " ... sans effort , quoi !

OMG! What a cute dog!
I love the way you used a soft focus on the dog. it makes it look more cute and cuddly. And the frame with black background you added suites the portrait.
