This man sings calypso music and accompanies himself on the guitar. He ad libs a lot, changing the lyrics making the lilting calypso song a real "feel good" music but also funny. The people just do not want to leave as he is a good performer. He makes a lot of tax free dollars. this was taken at one of the gates of the botanical garden.
