Interesting picture. There seems to be only one long wave crashing to the shore. That's probably because the crop was almost perfect (I would just cut a bit ogg the top to a little above where the clouds start). I like the cloud formation, above the mountains they look like mountains themselves. I would have brightened the picture a little more and increased the contrast a teeny bit, too. I like the picture a lot! Great shot!

QUand l'eau dance sur une grande valse avec le vent au son du soleil, c'est ce que la berge applaudit! Ils sont alors des milers de grains de sable à danser joyeusement. Certains partent en voyage au large en aventurier des marées à Maria. C,est une mouette qui sur le toit de l'île, l'a confié à l'oreille des nuages. Mais eux... Ils raportent, ils rapportent tout au ciel... Et lui content d'avoir des nouveauté à dire... il l'en vante à tout vent! Et c'est reparti pour une autre grande valse qui divague.
Maintenant de gauche à droite... Dans les blanches écumes... On figurés dans des formes vagues oui!! Le dragon de mer, qui ondule transversalement la crête. Le pacman blanc de peur devant sa réflection, alors que gueule grande ouverte, il glisse sur le dos de la vague pour aller se fracasser la gueule face à lui-même! et le groupe de petits dauphins qui fuient tout aussi transvversalement car ils ont peur du dragon de mer.

Parce que parfois une photo donne le goût d'être critiqué autrement que techniquement :)

Une certaine idée du paradis, pas si paisible que ça si j'en crois la ligne de vagues...Le vert de l'eau côté écume rend le bleu de la baie d'un incroyable turquoise, on s'y jetterait bien pour nager longtemps...

Bonjour Annie !

Il est temps de se remettre tranquillement '' au travail '' après l'euphorie des vacances ! J'ai manqué beaucoupd de belles images depuis un mois. Je suis essouflé rien qu'à voir tout le matériel présenté par les membres et amis durant cette période. heureusement, je n,ai pas eu trop de visiteurs pendant mon absence !

Excellent timing Annie et bonne composition. Couleurs tropicales bien rendues.

I'm looking at Pigeon Island National Park here. Isn't this a great place to unwind!
Yes there can be huge and powerful waves.
You sure captured a real roller in a most beautiful way.
Hope you had time to have lunch in the Ladeira Resort in between Les Pitons.

I would love to spend a day on a beach like this with probably warm, luscious water. Too I feel I must mostly shield my skin from the rays of sun, but it's a pleasant fantasy anyway.
