Le changement de la garde a lieu. Un groupe de trois cadets de l'armée quitteront bientôt le Panthéon des Vétérans vers leur caserne. La photo a été prise lors d'un tour organisé d'une journée à Santiago de Cuba.

The change of the guard is happening now. A group of three army cadets will leave soon the War Memorial toward the casern. The photo was taken during a one day sightseeing tour to Santiago de Cuba.
