I am a vegetarian. But why can't I encourage your way of seeing the things? The shot is perfect with good in details.

I do not eat pork but I can appreciate the food photogaphy.
I think the glass is too much it overload the composition.
I would have liked to see just two elements, the dish and the sauce, put differently to bring dynasmism.
I like the reflections in the sauce pot.
