[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken from Phi Phi Ley island on the Andaman Sea from my trip of Southern Thailand. This group of islands became even more popular to tourists when the movie "The Beach" was released. This was the setting. The time was around noon (forgot to reset my camera to asian time) beaches were white & also from too much light reflection and the waters were blue and teal. I enjoyed the day island hopping and of course diving and observing the indigenous marine life.

PP- minor contrast adjustment, cropping and resizing for TL posting.

Hi Rolando

Been there done that. It's a tough job but someone has to do it! Luckily I went both before & after the tsunami, not during. Looks like a full recovery since 2004. Tfs!

Hi Rolando,
I like the blue cast in this peaceful shot of the beach. Perfect light management with good exposure on the white umbrellas.
The natural frame composed by these branches is enhancing the composition. A nice depth into the perspective.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hi Rolando
the blue tones have a fantastic effect on the image. fascinating beach scene. Captured from a good POV for this lovely natural frame. the white open umbrella is a bit OE but the white color is clean and nice.
