Hard to tell what they're doing ...
I must be honest and say the composition of this shot isn't good - sorry! Besides the girl in the red-and-black shirt, whose head is roughly in the 1/3rds golden zone of the frame (and she's the ony child who is not otion-blurred, making her the default subject) there is no strong placement in the frame.
Additionally, two of the children have feet cut off by the edge of the shot, and the third has her head cut by the top of the shot.
It's important to ask - what was the purpose of this photo? Understanding that can be a good step towards knowing how it might be composed and delivered. Is it to explain the game? Is it to show one or all of the participants?
Sorry I can't be more positive, I'm sure you can do better?
