Hi Richard

Among the issues faced with this shot (the camera focused on the trees in the background, rather than the girls in the foreground) there is a lack of connection with any one individual.

I realise you wanted to show the "team" having won, but remember that human connections work better at a more intimate, one-on-one level.

If you illustrated the joy of the team by focusing on one member (perhaps the girl in the foreground) and zoomed more tightly on her expressio and celebration, I think the shot would be more powerful.

Just my thoughts!
