[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Shot at Taipei Dan Shui MRT station, a girl looking at the timer to see how long will take next train to arrive.

I liked the composition and background colours, and also her facial features, expression and outfit.

No pp but resize and sharpen. Shot in manual mode, as i always do.

A truly strong portrait, Galder Jon.
As you put it in your note, the different elements in your photo (gaze, outfit, colours of both the girl and the background) reinforce each other. Nice interaction! Effective compo as well, that makes the above-mentioned interaction only stronger.
TFS & kind regards,

très joli protrait, avec une bonne perspective par rapport au regard. Bravo

Bom dia Galder, I agree entirely with Erik, That's an excellent portrait and a very special post. Very good POV/DOF.
Great work here. I appreciate,

A very nice shot here of this young lady gazing up at the train schedule. A great everyday photo and it's nice the way her white with red trimmed hat matches her pink jacket...little style by her, too. But very nicely done.

Very nice Galder .. you caught her at precisely the right moment. Great expression and nice little sparkle in her eye. Nicely composed shot too. Too bad about the yellow frame to the right ... it detracts a little from her face, but that's not something you had any control over obviously :)
Well done

Hi Galder...good work...nice light great position nice composition....great shot.

Hi Galder Jon,

This is really good. Composition is strong, good use of shallow DOF for separation and I like her focused facial expression. The lighting and shadows work well too, a winner!

Hi Galder...
Nice portrait with so nice expression...
Beautiful composition...

oh dear I had thought I had c/c'ed this...but apparently not. Sumptuous bokeh and background colors. I do like the upward glance. A good 'stolen' shot, a strong portrait....

boa tarde Galder
Intense play with colors between her and blur BG. Excellent sharpness, beautiful expression and delicious portrait.
um abraço

Very nice portrait, I like her expression. Great pov and dof with sharp details on the subject. Nice colors. Well done, tfs.

You've become the specialist in portraits Galder.
Pretty and gentle eyes of this young woman. I like that attitude.
Perfect pov and focus on the girl.
I also note that abstract form colored in bg.
Well done Galder.

Hello Galder Jon,
Very nice expression in her face. She didn't recognize the camera. Its true - the combination of colours looks fine here and exposure and sharpness are excellent. Very clean image. Bravo.
