The blue hour in Singapore.
The blue hour is the period of twilight each morning and evening where there is neither full daylight nor complete darkness. The time is considered special because of the quality of the light.

Following on from your sparkling evening captures, this long exposure adds interesting and attractive light throughout. The building structures are so refined and defined using this type of exposure. Neat job.
