[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is another Vintage shot during the photoshoot membership drive of the photography club of the university I'm in.
The name of the model is Rhona. She's a half British, half Filipino. Rhona is a really nice model to work with. And she's easy to get along with too. And she knows how to pose well for the camera and photographers.
The name of the antique ancestral house that we had shoot is Casa Mariquit. It is owned by the first Vice President of the Philippines and his wife's name is Mariquit Javellana. Thus, the houese is named after his wife. Unitil now the house is being taken care of by their great grandchildren and family who are still alive. The house really has a great story and many of the things they own are preserved and still being taken care of. |

I like the overall feeling of this, her wardrobe is great and she poses well. The lighting works fine but the post-processing - is it "screen" or similar? - doesn't really work with this one, in my opinion.
You also have to be careful about cutting legs at the mid-calf point, if you're going to show the legs, either crop at the thigh just above the knee, or make it a full body shot. :)
Kudos to Rhona and you for this.
