For a taxicab snap, this is quite a portrait! Unique and interesting expression; the distortion of his forehead caused by the window is very different and real; very sharp details of his face. The hand is slightly overexposed, but it is a small matter because the face is the real star of the show. Good reflexes to capture this moment.

If often troubles me when I'm in Manila, the way kids crowd the taxi and peer in through the windows - then, as I'm a foreigner, start asking for money. More often than not, I will give it - it's hard not to, knowing my circumstances and knowing theirs.
Good control of some difficult levels issues.
