Purple Sunset
My 2nd post for 2008, played with the fish-eye lens effect :)

Before the sun dips to the horizon, I managed to capture a nice decent sunset with lovely cloud formations. I like the serenity of the calm water, reflecting some colors from heaven. The purpose of this excursion is to have a bonding time between 2 families. It's my other brother's wedding in 2 weeks! :)

BTW, I'm off for a pool party tomorrow night. It's my college reunion! Another water fun! I'm excited! :)

Pp work:
Software: Adobe Photoshop CS3
1. Use some tweaking of colors, Layering, HDR, and Orton imaging for tone manipulation
2. warp the sides for a fish-eye lens effect
3. Use NeatImage on some parts, sharpening on the other parts
4. resize for TL

WOW!! What a shot Freddie! Nice saturation here! Superb Angle, although I might would have taken out the curve of the horizon and straigtened some. Nice!

Fred, this has a great spectrum of colours across the sky divided by the clouds. The fisheye gives an interesting curve to the horizon which blends in well with the shot.
