Composition, light and exposure etc are all well handled.
Not sure about the model looking up and out of the shot though. Looks totally un-natural and almost awkward, as if she's been startled by something or someone out of frame.
Far better have her looking down and into the frame for a more relaxed and natural pose.

It would be really nice of you to let others know what you think about their shots too.
4 critiques in 2.5 years from you is no great feat is it?

Hello Ken,
I think you have many interesting elements for a strong photo here (the model, the backdrop with the statue on the small island, the sky), but I personally am less convinced by the result.
Like Martin, I've some doubts about the facial expression of the model and the direction in which she is looking: it can be interesting to have her looking outside the frame, but here I do not sense the meaning of it.
Another issue is the light: to me, the flash light creates an unnatural skin color, that contradicts with the more natural landscape colors. As if the model had been photographed indoors and "pasted" into the outdoor landscape.
Maybe a presentation in which the model only appears like a dark silhouette against the backdrop would have worked better. Of course, this would change the mood of your photo.
I hope you won't mind my criticism. Anyway, these are just my personal considerations and there is no harm intended. So, feel free to (dis)agree ;o)
TFS & kind regards,
