Taken looking south, close to sunset, when I was scouting Corong Corong beach for a likely looking composition for sunset. Unfortunately, the sun was setting at right, & the clouds in the top right corner are oe, so I never posted this before. It's not a bad shot in my view, & the warm late afternoon color tones of yellow / red are nice. It's amazing how close coconut palms can grow so close to the water's edge. Actually taken just after 5 pm. The camera was still set to Korean time.

Bom dia Chris,
The intensity of natural light that time of day falling over the trunks produced a nice effect. The POV taken with the narrow DOF were very good.
A nice presentation.

Hi Chris,
A glorious beach shot from an attractive POV with this palm tree creating a considerable depth into the perspective. Great sharpness with f/7.1! Very natural tropic colors adorned with splendid lighting.
The highlighted green foliage is contrasting marvelously with the blue water and the sky.
Very neat work.

Hi Chris,

Corong Corong beach is a beach that I want to go to, I feel the warm golden cast of the sunset... Crisp focus and good tone of color. I like the framing by the two FG trees. TFS

I like the way the coconuts framed this beautiful beach glowing from the later afternoon sun. The water look so inviting, we used to go swimming even at night. Very well done, tfs.

Hi Chris,
a lovely evening shot of the palm trees and waters edge, the sweeping curve of the trunk leads the eye down to the islands in the distance

Hi Chris,
A beautiful point of view with these lovely coconut Palm.
great details of the beach and well taken seascape,
Beautiful tone of colors and light.

I see paradise!! Well done Chris! I love how the trees are so BIG in the shot! I would have never thought to include them! I would have been focused on beyond! But I like how you did it!

The sidelighting is very attractive and provides some nice shadows also. It shows the texture of the trunk very nicely which in turn provides a nice frame and sense of depth. No Chris its not a bad shot. Its a good shot. TFS
