Hi folks
Please click on the picture to view large Panorama

This is taken yesterday. We (I athlon: Abid, mark25: Muhsin, NASIRI: Mehdi) planned to hike up the mountain and take night panoramas of Quetta city.

It was fun, we enjoyed hiking up to the top (took about 45 mins) n then had tea & snacks (many thanks to Mehdi bhai for his hospitality) and then started the shooting session.

Muhsin brought his Mamiya RB67 with a loaded film (unfortunately a professional stuff hahahahaha….) n we enjoyed the film (let’s see how they turn out :P)

This was taken after few minutes of sunset (I guess it was 07:15pm)
A view of Quetta city at night, though it was my first attempt and the weather condition wasn’t much clear but still it turnout good I guess :)

Three exposures for 10 seconds stitched in Photoshop CS3 adjusted levels/curves cropped then added frame text :)

Thanks for viewing
Have a good day

Cheers
JZM

Salaam Jahanzeib

A wonderful high pov with reasonable sharpness & striking warm cold colour contrasts between the blue & reddish orange illumination of the city lights below. Tfs!

Hi Jahanzeib,
What a marvellous caapture of this city 'on fire'! Great light display with a spectacular sky above!
Nice twilight shot in this panoramic format.
I like it!
My best regards,

Francis Xavier

Hello dear Jahanzeib!

WoW! Our lovely Quetta city! I love Quetta more than any other place in the world though I have been to many.... :)

Nice nocturnal shot with lovely and dramatic tones in the sky. You have been quite decisive in selection of the right twilight time. The lights are presented great and nice silhouettes of the land and mountain area.

TFS, indeed very beautiful and promising shot and hope to see more of this sort!

Best Regards,
ALi

dear Jahanzeib,
beautiful view shot of numerous light dots in the dark bottom of blue glass,
mysterious and romantic atmosphere in twilight scene is fine,
distant noise of that city is heard like distant sound of rippled water,
thank you for your excellent wide shot,
Akihisa

Hi Jahanzeib,
a superb panorama.
Superb colors and details.
Excellent composition you, congratulations.
Greetings,
Adrian

An impressive panorama - the colours, and especially the sky, are beautifully captured. I'm not sure why you used an aperture of f/4 when I would generally suggest a smaller aperture will deliver better sharpness of night-lights; that lack of sharpness does show in the large version, but in this smaller version it is impressive indeed.

Sounds like a fun photo shoot!

superb....Lights and sky are amazing.Congratulations my friend.TFS.Necla.

Hi Jahanzeib,
Great panaramic view, I really like the contrast of thoses deep blues, and the reds. At first I thought I was looking at some lava flow...)))

Nice composition, and very pleasing to the eyes.

Ciao Jahanzeib

The panoramic view is fabulous, two beautiful visions
