This is the monument near the entrance of the Pakyon Waterfall in Pakyon-ri, Kaesong-si, North Korea. There is a passage written about the visitation of North Korea’s founder, the late Kim Il-Sung and a phrase praising him.
The picture was taken when I was doing the Kaesung tour last year. A few months after the one day tour was discontinued by North Korea. |

I guess the Sunshine Policy is well & truly over now. Good photojournalistic shot of little seen North Korea, with superb sharpness. Congratulations!
