Please understand these are simply my personal opinions and are meant to be constructive and not cause any offence. And, of course, you have the option of accepting or rejecting them.
A great photo with excellent colour and detail. I agree with Jimmy, it does look almost out of this world. The empty space at the top right aside, very well composed. To my eyes, there is a slight halo affect around the top of the building, possibly from overworking slightly. There is, what appears to be a cable and sattelite dish on the eaves of the building on the left hand side that couls possibly have been cloned out.
Some details about how you achieved the shot would be helpful and beneficial to someone like me, a novice.
