Very sharp and clear picture of the river although it was taken in the early morning. I have a feeling that you intentionally include the lights to prove that. I agree with Francis that the use of shutter speed is just adequate. We normally tend to slow down the shutter speed too much whenever we capture flowing waters but yours was just perfect and very well taken. Thanks for sharing this beautiful river.
