|another holliday picture rom Bali. this was taken on the side of a vulcano lake. i crossed this lake to see a special village (wasn't that special, so no pictures of that here on TL). the water was very easy so it almost looked like a mirror. some beautifull boats ( for a picture, not to go cross the lake) and the vulcano with some clouds, time for a shot! on the light measurement i took two stops light away, better blue sky and more mood. i love the morning light in the picture, hope you like it to.|

Nice clear shot, the water looks good and the colours of the boats are rich and show excellent reflections. I think there is a little too much sky IMHO as it means that the shoreline is squarely in the middle of the picture dividing it in two, moving it up or down would have been better. Otherwise, good work. Paul
Interesting photo, nice subject. I agree with Plant's comment about reducing the amount of sky, so I've tried this in a workshop. It also occurred to me that removing the boats on the left might help with the composition.

I didn't make down inside the caldera of this volcano, so tfs. I like the reflections of the boats. Well done!
Hi Sjoerd, you have captured the morning (by deduction from your camera time and country of origin) scene skillfully. The composition of sky, cloud covered volcano, green vegetation and colourful boats is beautifully outstanding. Cheers!
Very peaceful. Lovely colours.
