What I love about this shot is that it could have been taken throughout so many countries which have annual snowfall. I guess, it means that thousands of kilometres apart, different varying cultures and languages; there are many similarities between all humanity. A snow fall in Canada looks the same as snowfall in India; we all react to it the same and we all find the same beauty in it.

Great photo and sorry for no points (I don't give them out).

I think the angle here is definitely interesting. As well as the use of black and white which in many ways seems to blend the ground with the sky. Well chosen crop.

Hi Manuj,
Beautiful treatment to this landscape shot. I like the black and white presentation to this extent, very little mid tones.
A good POV with an adequate inclusion of the human element.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

A fantastic shot with a superb perspective, Manuj bhai!
Great details and natural colors make this work an extraordinary one.
The DOF is well kept and contrasts are brilliant in this seasonal shot.

Kind regards,

Hi Manuj,
A simple image but with a big impact.Creative perspective with the icy road leading one into the even colder scene.Good tonal effect.

Hi Manúj

A fantastic picture with a superb perspective.
Very good tonal effect.
well done

This is a well composed image that is well balanced with good exposure. the road leads the viewer into the scene and I like the fact that the distance is indistinct. It adds to the solitude and is a walk into the unknown.

This is a beautiful composition Manuj. I love the way the trees are framing the shot vertically. We are drawn into the frame by the snow covered road leading into the distance. Dof is good, I like that there are some trees just visible in the distance. But for me the thing that makes the shot work so perfectly is the lonely figure on the road. This image evokes a feeling of loneliness it has a magical quality to it.

Hi ManuJ,
Beautiful angle and perpective of the trees,
I like the misty atmosphere well presented and composed,
good contrast and light in a black and white picture,
I like the tree on BG. with foggy details,
Excellent POV. DOF.
My compliments .....Michel
