or perhaps just resting...
Captured under shaded sunlight with f/5 to keep the DOF in order to defuse the background...then adjusted the 'Levels' in Adobe Photoshop to darken the BG a bit more for the desired effect. Played with 'smart sharpen' option.
..hand-held at 1/200 sec.
used ISO 400 to increase the shutter speed to avoid detection of any handshake with 300mm (non L) lens.
