[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a scene of women working in Paddy fields In India.
Seeds were sown earlier in a muddy field . Roughly 25 days after sowing, when the rice shoots are about 7 inches high, workers dug them out of the crowded seedbed and now they are transplanting into a rice paddy. The reason they are sown in muddy fields with plenty of standing water is to avoid the growth of weeds.
Women then transplant the spiky green seedlings in neat rows. The crop will be harvested about three months after the transplanting.
Thanks for visiting.

Wonderful shot Muhammad. Great composition with wonderful color and detail. Great capture of 'daily life'. I hope it is not too much of a strain on these women.

Hi Muhammad,
An interesting documentary shot of 'men at work'.
These women are inclined to collect rice from these fields on India.
Perfect lighting and sharpness from a pleasant POV. A nice reflection in the water enhances the composition.
Quite a depth into the perspective. Beautiful colors and a nice panoramic crop.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hi Muhammad,

This is an interesting shot of daily life with an useful note. Your detail is pretty good and the bright colours of the women's clothes contrast well with natural colours of the surroundings. Nice wide angle crop and composition.

dear Muhammad,
a beautiful picture of severe work scene,
colorful costumed women looks cheerful but their working postures are terrible to their bodies indeed,
now in Japan the machines are used, but about 50 years ago, we saw quite same scenes as this shot,
hard work is hard but beautiful,
thank you for your excellent shot,
Akihisa

Backbreaking indeed, Muhammad, but a great Daily Life scene. Your exposure is nicely sharp, there is a strong diagonal across the upper frame and the women are strongly positioned in the frame.
Well done.

My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Shaoukat,

A little I know that it would be the most humid and hot weather when the rice is planted, so you captured the moment at 70mm it is at its best scene, well done and TFS.
Regards.

Musa.

Bonjour Muhammad,
Quel dur labeur pour ces femmes toujours penchées pour cultiver le riz!!!
Les couleurs sont superbes c'est un bel hommage à ce peuple qui vit dans de dures conditions!!!
