Hey Don!
I'm not completely sold on the POV of this capture, and I definetely don't think the hazy-overcast-smogy sky did you any justice.

I think perhaps, the focus should have been centred on a particular structure (Building or Bridge) or object (the Fence), and perhaps with a different angled POV, to give this shot a more unique view.
