|A group of local boys setting up a fishing net close to the shoreline during the golden hour. I tried to capture the shimmering golden light that can illuminate the transparent wet nylon threads. There was some lens flare which I could not avoid and in the end I left it alone without removing it during post processing. Any feedback welcome and thanks for viewing and your critiques.|

A great capture in contre-jour! Splendid golden hour with a great reflection on the net which seems golden!
I like the lens glare which IMO is adding impact to the lovely artistic composition.
I like the silhouettes of the children doing fishing against the golden bright sunlight, Dilshan!
The picture is razor-sharp and clarity is amazing.
The colors are natural and the landscape in the BG is well shown and enhances the overall charm of the picture.
Well caught mood within a lovely composition!
Thanks and regards,
Good points of composition and good use of light combine to create another effective sunset/water shot for your portfolio.
The little lens flare is a good detail IMO.
I just wonder if the reflected sun on the water is a little too OE.
Have you considered a NR/ graduated filter? Perhaps tipped to 90˚ it would allow you to expose a shot like this more effectively?

A fine human interest image combined with strong scenic elements. The clarity and color work well together to make a a wonderful composition.
Nice shot Dilsan. Lovely lighting and great silhouettes of the boys holding the net. Beautiful composition. I cropped out the top because it looked like a little OE. Hope you like the revised shot, but as I said, I much prefer yours. It has so much more warmth and mood. TFS, Lori
