In your note you wrote "...in the end got a nice result", but I'm not convinced about this. Yes, the light conditions were difficult - but the flower became overexposed, mostly around the edges of the petals you completely lost the details. Even bigger problem - at least to me - is the long pistil / stamen, which is totally out of focus and destructing the overall view very much. On the other side, the greenery was exposed greatly, with optimal DoF, sharpness and color saturation - seems like the flower's the only destructive element, otherwise it's a fine pic. :-)
This scene was really challenging and your tiny camera isn't the very best for macro photography - but try as much as you can, and I'm more than sure the result will be visible. Good luck for your future captures!
