What a wonderful world!
If just we were more attentive...

This picture is about a very tiny beauty I enjoyed yesterday.
This flower has about 2-3 mm radius! I don't know what is its name. It should be sort of common grass, because it's growing everywhere in Yerevan.

Please look at the original, and tell me if this PP was wothwhile.

Post Processing:
1. Crop
2. Levels adj/lyr: R(24,1,250) G(49,1,252) B(0,1,253)
3. Brightness/Contrast adj/lyr (-7/+10)
4. Curves adj/lyr RGB(64/19, 156/89, 208/165)
5. Framed as following:
a) created the white line (select, feather, delete)
b) Hue adjs of the frame. (Master channel : -70)
c) Ink Outlines filter

The picture now looks so saturated now... But I like it this way.
Have I overdone PP?

Excellent PP work. I like the contrast of the green and orange(?). The tiny flower is well focused. I will call this picture "centerstage".

Delightful flower, and like much in our age, the framing is quirky and takes control of this image quite quickly! Nice postmodernistic view of this flower!

Great post process work Garo. Well worth the time and effort. i like your cruccet framing as well as the saturation. Very attentive of you to see thsi litel beauty and thank you for sharing it.

Hello Garo, first let me compliment you on your PP, as it gives the impression that the image is being viewed through a sheet of thick glass, very interesting and creative.
Second the shot itself, is a good macro with good composition and nice vibrant colours nicely presented with a good note.
Well done.

Intresting piece of work. The inner frame cuts out the bud, which is not helps to the composition. Or the inner frame has to cut a bigger portion out, and then the real flower becomes digitalized or heavily effected. I also would try to keep the middle zone more original, to enhance the effects. Garo, thanks for the detailed note and your challanging idea!

Very good composition ! Cool picture, nice colors and framing ! Well done !

Very nice sense of presentation. I like your creativeness. Well done.

It caught my eye and when seeing the original, I'm even more impressed w/ the post processing. I may tone down the green a tiny bit but then again it may be best left as you made it? Love the tilt and the postprocessing info is very helpful.

Lovely and creative image, very well composed and presented. Very well done!

Very good job Garo !! I put it in favorites

The PP has added plenty to the original - the colours are sharperr and the photo is "alive" - nice work. Sam

Hi Garo,
This is a very creative picture. I love your choice of framing, and no, i do not think that you have overdone the PP work. I think it looks fantastic; the colors are so vibrant and eye-catching. Thanks for sharing!
