Tread carefully: Zimbabwe despite its limited capacities is doing everything possible to clear the mine fields.Donar funding from the US gvt. was used to clear the area from Vic Falls to Mibizi.These field harm the nearby communities in many ways.Since 1980,1550 people have been killed or maimed and 120000 livestock have been killed.Tourism has also been affected in a huge way. This photo was taken still during the time of war.Scanned from a slide and converted to black & white.
