In this kind of photography you are there to "tell the story" as opposed to making "art". Even with the plant in the way and the car behind this picture tells the story the way it happened. The dust under her back and around the horses front legs add life and movement, the curved posture of the horse indicates it slamming on the brakes. It may not be perfect but you caught the moment.
