Excellent in this composition and mood!
What a great looking image with this grain and contrasts.
It seems as if this was taken 100+ years ago...
The bird is that final great touch to this impressive view.
Love the feeling in this image1

What a wonderful photo, Nejat! The B&W works so well here! I agree with Michael, it looks old, actually timeless I would say!

The title is the same as one of the songs I love by Alphaville...did you refer to that??

A very interesting shot Nejat, I like the B&W and the grain effect - but I am lost on the link between the title and the location, which is not a photographic item, but curiousity. Nicely done shot and PP work ... Sam

nice capture pic...great grain ...cheers

This is different from your otheres - the B&W. It is still striking. It reminds me of what memories look like in your head. Sort of grainy. I love the lone bird flyng in the air. Beautiful.

Good work.

Hi Nejat !
Excellent image treatment.
Seems a old chinese drawing.
All the best,

Very strong image Nejat... I love the binding of the colors here... The contrast is very impressive... :D Nice balance maintained... :D Good work :D Thanks for sharing :D

Hi Nejat; you are a man of extremes; very coloured or non- or monocoloured.
Nice old postcard here; found in a shipwreck.
Great mood, little trees on beaches are very unusual, makes it special.

Something valuable to look, an old book or an egg in the nest... Congratulations.

I don't know why, but this picture remember me some picture in Hiroshima after the bomb....
About the image himself I think the B&W is great...

Really nice shot!

I like your treatment of this shot with your choice of grainy B&W. It has impact. The contrasts are excellent. TFS, Paul.

Hi Nejat... excellent shot, good choice of B&W, a bit noisy, but it still good, very well captured, good timing with the bird...:) nicely composed, well done, thanks for sharing.

The title completely threw me and had to read your note to "samr". BUT, it does work for this image... the crane flying through the air does indeed look big, furthermore this image also looks post war Japan. The extreme contrast is trpical of that period.

Strange but interesting

Interesting and unusual composition, it works very well as a black and white image.

another nice one, amazing picture, the B&W gives very strange effect, like a desert region with only this big bird surviving!

Great composition Nejat. Wonderful scene, atmospere and bw tones...

I never believed u took this in japan:--)a very dramatic compo, reminds the great sahara.and the bird is searching for some dead bodies to eat,wow horrible scene.

Nice image Nejat.! Great B&W and grains add a lot to the whole concept. It looks veru old... Sky is very dramatic as well

Good work!

take care, Stef :))

I like the lanscape here in your shot Nejat looks very remote especialy in B&W. The bird is a nice distraction in the shot too. Well done and TFS

Guzel ustat belgesel tatda bir eser ifsaa etmissin.......tebrikler..

Hi Nejat,
Excellent B&W photo. It looks very desolute and baron. I like how you managed to capture the bird flying too.
Well done & TFS :)

Hi Nejat,
it simply hits me! Wise use of grain and b&w (which I mostly dislike as overused without any reason) in this case amplifies the strength of the picture. I love the textures of the sky and the land - one could say it's dull because no details there. But for me this creates a special, unique mood for me. Don't ask why - it's my impression. tfs
