I found you X man ;)))
And what a beauty this one is... Quite an exciting macro Sam.
Well... I shouldn't be here, after all I've left TL for quite a while now, but sometimes I like to open an exception.
Stay cool and stay out of that rain, ok??
My God!!! He's grown so much!!! He no longer has his little boy's face anymore ;)
He sure looks different. Beautiful portrait too.
Oh... by the way. If you remember, tell him that I said "hello" ok??
I love the fact that when you are bored you just get your camera and go make some photos :)
This was another amazing moment you've captured. The angle from where you've shot this is suberb and it shows well that you don't make these photos at random, but think before you shot :)
The strong colours and reflections are really eye catching and it's beautiful to see the way they combine themselves to create this movie like atmosphere in your photo...
It's almost like we can feel her tension as she is climbing there and if it's a movie like image, she must be escaping from some monster or something like that :))
Another great one. Congratulations! They are well deserved.
Bye for now Matej.
Kisses for you.
Well Matej... I guess I wasn't wrong when I looked at the first photo you've uploaded to TL months ago and thought to myself..."Wow! this kid has a lot of talent" :) I wasn't wrong!!!
I still haven't seen you work on self portrait yet, but the first time you try you just blew me away!!! Excellent work Matej!!! What a great surprise it was to come check your photos and find this amazing series of different expressions of yours. Perfect light on all of them. Excellent control of the camera. Very good work!!
Congratulations Matej, you are fast becoming a little pro ;)
So, I see that you've been playing with your shadow ;)
And you played well!! The shadow of the bridge that crosses the image makes a good diagonal and definitely makes the photo more interesting, which is also the same with the colours... I love how they go from blue to grey to green to light grey... this is very good and makes the image sparke in our eyes. I think this is a very good capture!! It's not easy to make these kind of photos stand out from the norm, but you've came up with a great idea.
I also like the lightness of the image, because the contrast is very natural and so we can really see the colours the way they are.
Cool work Matej!!
And what happened to your finger my friend?? Did you hurt it at football practice?? Well, I am happy to know that you are better!! I was missing your photos already.
Take care and now that you finger is well again, I hope you'll be inspired to make more photos.
Kisses for you Matej. Bye :)
Quite a macro you've made!! I am very impressed by your abilities in using abstraction to express your ideas, because this is something that does not come easy to most people...
Autumn is coming... yes indeed and we see the rain drops has a prove that it is around the corner and yet all the green we see is like a reminder that summer is not gone yet ;)) and it's exactly that background that makes this composition work so well.
You've made a wonderful use of that are of light in the top corner, because our eyes go imediately there and then slide down to see the rest of the photo, just as if they were raindrops themseves... This is a fantastic feeling.
Great work Matej! It was very interesting to see you do this more abstract photo and be amazed by it. You have a lot of talent for a boy of your age, so keep working :))
I'll be looking forward for your next works.
PS: Here in Portugal is still very sunny and quite hot, it seems like Autumn will take a little longer to get here...
So you both were taking photos of eachother :)) Great idea!!
I've seen Filip's photo also, you look like a pro with that cool camera covering your whole face :))
But in this one I loved the fact that you didn't zoom the camera and this way have allowed us to see that beautiful place where you were and that background, with the sunlight making all the colours shine, looks fantastic and matches Filip's shirt to perfection :)
It's a very sharp and with beautiful light photo, so much that we can even see Filip's hair standing up ;)))))
The fact that he is standing on the middle of that road almost makes us believe that he came running down that path just to take your photo!!
Wonderful composition Matej. Congratulations.
This is also a very strong portrait, because you wanted to show us more than just a photo of your sister... She had an headache and when looking at the photo we feel it too, so this means by itself that the photo is powerful.
Then I think you did a good job with the lighting, because the colours are very beautiful and natural and seem to create a wonderful harmony in the composition.
The little of what we can see from her face only makes us belive even more that she is with an headache and the touch of the lipstick looks great because it's the strogest colour in all the photo and imediately draws our attention.
Very good work Matej!!
I'll be looking forward for your next photos.
PS: And thank you so much for the visit at my "new house" you are always very welcome there and I hope you return. Bye!!!
Hello Matej ;))
Yes, I left Tl, but that doesn't mean that I won't be coming back when I can to check on your progress!! I really like your photos Matej and I am not saying this because you are a kid, but because it is the truth :))))
This is a great portrait actually. Very well composed with that extra space on the left and you've captured your sister's expression so well. Excellent work Matej.
PS: I will answer your message today... Check it out later ;)
Great photo!! Full of movement, colour and joy.
But, I don't know... that sepia one looks great too ;)
