This shot is incredible, the silhouette really does get the imagination going. You can't help being interested in the subjects.
Very peaceful scene, but with the feeling that the peace could be broken at any time.
Thanks for sharing,
Simon

Hey mate. I really like the left hand side of the shot, with the higher contrast between the trees and the sky. Has it been made from several different shots?

I also like the way his face is in the 'spotlight'. Has also cast a nice shadow on the eyes. Its a shame some detail has been lost on the top of the helmet, but nice shot nonetheless.

hi steve,
brillaint shot, the simplicity of the BG and FG brings the fly to a natural focus point. i also love the way the close edge of the cup gives a 'soft focus' bottom edge.

great shot Logan, really sharp where it wants to be and softly out of focus elsewhere.
black and white is effective,
nice one.

this is really cool, i like it a lot Paulo.
one point to mention could be that i think you could use the dodge and burn tools in photoshop to even the exposure on the shaded sections.
great shot,
Simon
Wow, great juxtaposition between the violence of a volcano and the peaceful playing children in the foreground.
