Hi Marine, "Nature"; OF, IN, and OUT of This World here. Gorgeous colour and tone - "Take me on a trip upon your magic swirlin' ship". "In the jingle jangle morning I'll come followin' you". Another image to delight us!

Best wishes, Bill

Hello stone wa,

I like this very interesting picture, and your note. The trees and other greenery are beautiful. The image is well exposed and technically spot-on, but I can't help but wish that I could see a little more of, what seems to me, a very attractive and interesting scene. I like your other pictures as well.

Best wishes, Bill

"The Sun is God"

A superb seascape Jack. I think you could not have caught the moment better. At 1 second shutter, the enhanced turbulence effect created in the waves is very exiting; "Turneresque"! The cold morning light provides perfect illumination.

Hello Poseidon, I think think this is an excellent composition and I congratulate you on your post production work with background clouds and building highlights. I believe that overall, your exposure is appropriate and that only someone who is used to trying to take decent photographs in uniformly dull, flat and greyish conditions would take exception regarding the odd patch of gloriously bright sunlight.

Best wishes,

Bill

Hello Erwin, a fine wildlife picture here. You seem to have captured the moment very well, it looks like our Common Greenshank is about to successfully secure his next meal. The exposure, framing, sharpness and depth of field are all good, the picture is a great success.

Best wishes for 2017,

Bill

Hello Jack, a very striking image, superb geometry and, as with all your work, superbly executed and finished. I love the way you have introduced an intermediate frame, a remarkable display of creative brilliance.

Best wishes for 2017,

Hi Bob, An excellent B&W portrait. I think that the lighting suites the sitter and the pose very well, and produces a very characterful overall image. Another very accomplished portrait!

Best wishes for 2017,

Bill

Hello Jack, very clever, and what a superb POV! It would also be nice to see both the day and night photographs on their own. Both exposures look to be spot-on and I like the shadows on the daylight side.

Well done,

Bill
