Lovely portrait of Mallory, lovely warm light allied to her lovely red hair,as to you going back to film,I left it behind on September 2004 and never had an inkling to go back,I loved my darkroom days, but even using large formatt film I feel especially with the Nikon d800 it's way ahead when it comes to really large prints. I still love taking my Nikkormats and Nikon f4 out to remember the good old days.
It works very well, the light and shadow on his face works especially well for a male portrait, excellent detail in the beard.
I love the light in your moonlit image, the noise does not really detract from the photo, you would have lost detail in the moon if you had ran noise reduction.
Lovely image, perfect timing, the black and white works a treat,I am sure the mum would love a big print of this moment in time.
Great colour and perfect backdrop, love the golden highlights on the top left.
Good dynamic shot, looks and sounds like it was a really good concert, like your angle and good exposure.
Super portrait again, nice use of what is it you called it again? OH! yes FILM,I have never had the urge to have a go again, which is strange, went digital in 2004 and never looked back,When it comes to really big enlargements the digital is so easy to do now and you can go to barn door size.
Nice composition, with the Pier just about level with the horizon and the clouds running directly behind, silver efex pro is excellent for conversion.
Nice natural star flare, this is the kind of thing I get up to,lying down on the forest floor, getting all mucky and then having to go back into town to pick up my wife looking like something the cat dragged in.
Again a lovely lit and natural portrait, but you are a very brave man,not only to show a nice sharp image but to actually increase the structure,I hope you have your cod piece to hand!!
